Affiliate Disclaimer

Hi. Bryan Kesler here.

I’ve always believed in transparency on the web and so I am disclosing that I’ve included certain products and links to those products on this site that I will earn an affiliate commission for any purchases you make. My goal with the blog is to help educate you on the possibilities that exist for a blogger in practically any field, but please understand I am doing this as a for-profit business and, frankly, so should you with your site unless you have some charitable endeavor in mind.

The site has grown so big at this point that it is nearly impossible to go back through and list each and every program that I have an affiliate agreement with. Given this, you should assume that any links leading you to products or services are affiliate links that I will receive compensation from just to be safe. Having said that, there are tons of products related to the CPA exam. I only promote those products or services that I have investigated and truly feel deliver value to you.

Please note that I have not been given any free products, services or anything else by these companies in exchange for mentioning them on the site. The only consideration is in the form of affiliate commissions.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me by using the contact page. It can be accessed on the menu above.

Cheers and Good Luck!

Bryan Kesler

Earnings Disclaimer

Bryan here again.

In putting together this blog, I’ve tried to be as transparent as possible while assuming that you are a reasonable person who uses common sense. To this end, I’ve published exactly how I added $25K to my annual salary after passing the CPA exam. I assume you are an adult and understand that if you pass the CPA exam tomorrow, you will not be making this amount in 10 days. I do not promote get quick rich schemes and believe my blog indicates as much. Alas, common sense is apparently no longer enough in this legal world of ours and my lawyer is insisting the following language be included. So here we go:

Any income increases that are published on CPAexamGuide.com are absolutely true and accurate. Said increases represent the actual revenue earned by Bryan Kesler during the time and period in question as detailed in each blog post. Having said that, there is NO GUARANTEE and NO WARRANTY that employing the same techniques, ideas, strategies, products or services that are detailed on CPAexamGuide.com will produce the same results for you and/or your friends or collegues. Examples that may be provided in articles, videos and other sources on the site are just that – examples. They may or may not work for your specific situation and are not to be interpreted as a guarantee or promise of earnings.

The materials provided on CPAexamGuide.com are not to be interpreted as a “get rich quick” scheme in any way. Your earning potential is entirely dependent upon you, and the then current state of accounting at the time you employ such techniques and ideas. The claims made regarding the earnings obtained by employing the ideas and techniques noted on the site as represented in the monthly income reports can be verified upon written request made via the contact option on the site. THE LEVEL OF SUCCESS YOU REACH EMPLOYING THESE TECHNIQUES AND IDEAS IS ENTIRELY DEPENDENT UPON YOUR SKILLS, FINANCIAL RESOURCES, MARKETING KNOWLEDGE AND TIME YOU DEVOTE TO BECOMING AN SUCCESSFUL CPA. BECAUSE OF THIS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR EARNINGS LEVEL NOR DO WE IN ANY WAY WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY DO SO.
